Each Acorn Post letter is designed to make the magic of Santa feel wonderfully real. From beautiful letterpress and gold foil details to the envelope, stamps, seals and tiny North Pole touches, every element has been carefully considered. Rather than focusing on Christmas wish lists, our letters celebrate your child - their milestones, little achievements and the things that make them uniquely them. The result is a magical moment now, and a beautiful keepsake to treasure long after they’ve stopped listening for sleigh bells.

Personalising your letter is easy. When choosing your letter, you’ll be asked to share a few special details about your child, such as their name, age and something you’d love Santa to mention. These details are thoughtfully woven into the letter, making it feel as though Santa really does know exactly what they’ve been up to.

Once your order is placed, I’ll get to work creating your child’s letter and preparing all of its special details. As each Acorn Post letter is personalised and carefully assembled by hand. Please allow 5-10 business days, depending on your personalisation options, for your order to be dispatched during the Christmas season.

Your Santa letter is designed to arrive looking every bit as magical as something sent straight from the North Pole, while still giving grown-ups the opportunity for one final check before the big reveal.

The envelope arrives unsealed, with the letter inside the envelope, so you can quietly check everything is perfect before sealing it with the provided wax-seal ready for your child to discover.

Absolutely. Christmas magic is even better when no one misses out. If you’re ordering for more than one child, 5% will automatically be applied at checkout for two letters, 10% for three letters and 15% for four or more.

We’ve also created different letter variations, so siblings can each receive their own special message from Santa without their letters feeling the same.

No. We know there’s a very good chance Santa’s letters will be read side by side. That’s why we offer different letter variations, allowing siblings to receive letters with different wording while still capturing the same Acorn Post magic.

Yes. As you enter your child’s personalised details, you’ll see them appear live on the letter, so you can see exactly how everything will read before placing your order. Please take a moment to check names, spelling and all personalised details carefully, as the version you approve at checkout is the version we’ll lovingly create for you.

Of course. We know little mistakes happen. If you need to make a change, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order and we’ll do our best to update it before it goes into production. After this time, we can’t guarantee changes will be possible.

We deliver Acorn Post magic New Zealand-wide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and will vary depending on your delivery location and chosen shipping option.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 days of receiving  your dispatch confirmation email, please get in touch via email and I’ll look into it for you. We want to make sure every special delivery finds its way to the right little person.

Absolutely. Simply personalise the letter for the lucky little recipient and enter their delivery address at checkout. It’s a lovely way to send a little Christmas magic to a child you love, even when you can’t be there to deliver it yourself.

As every Acorn Post letter is created especially for your child using the personalisation you provide, we’re unable to offer returns or refunds for change of mind or errors in submitted details. If something has gone wrong at our end, however, please get in touch and we’ll make it right.

To give Santa’s post plenty of time to make its way to you, Christmas orders close on 10 December. We recommend ordering as early as possible during the busy festive season; you can always tuck your letter somewhere safe until you’re ready for the magic to begin.
